SEX And The City actress Kim Cattrall has revealed why she thinks most women she meets have a crush on her.
Cattrell, who plays sexpot, cougar Samantha Jones in the hit show and movie, says she loves meeting her fans. But she admits that most of them – especially the women – really believe they are meeting Samantha and are fulfilling their fantasies.
When quizzed on whether her fans have girl crushes on her, she told contactmusic: “It’s true – they start at age 11 and end in their 80s
“But it has nothing to do with me. It’s projected on to a fantasy world that doesn’t really exist. It’s a super-warped reality.”
Although Kim is happy women admire her, she insists she is nothing like Samantha, adding: “I get bored rigid of that tag.
“How dare they? But it’s just crap. It’s at the bottom of a birdcage the next day. I never think of Samantha being disgraceful. She lives life to the full.”
We love Kim and her cougar character Samantha! So we can’t blame women for crushing on her.
